Journeymen Bakers and Confectioners' International Union DESCRIPTION Old Journeymen Bakers and Confectioners' International Union photo on board. No sure the location, I searched a J. D. McNeely and found a merchant in St. Joseph Missouri on an old census, could be his name on the building in the background. The photo is rather light, but when I was able to use a lot of contrast I was able to see the logo on the sign with the lion and initials. They are all wearing their union badges/ribbons. Sign also looks like No. 83. I don't know the age of the photo probably before 1895 when they merged with the Tobacco workers. Maybe you know w local 83 was located. Still a great photo with bakers in their uniforms. CONDITION Good with no problems. The board the photo is on is very heavy, some light bumped corners. As mentioned the photo is a little light. SIZE Board is 10" X 8" MARKS none SHIPPING $2.50 between two heavy pieces of cardboard.
