Sales Tax For shipments to Idaho addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6 % Sales Tax. Shipping We offer Standard Shipping, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight and FedEx International Priority shipping choices. If you choose Standard Shipping, we will ship using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground at our discretion. For Standard Shipping and FedEx Ground, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your goods. All orders ship with a tracking number and you will receive it in an automatic e-mail within one hour of shipping. For our International Customers Atomik RC has been shipping internationally for more than 10 years. We ship to all countries except where prohibited by US law and we use FedEx International Priority for all shipments. FedEx International shipping transit times are usually 3 business days. Our automated system creates international shipping documents and customs forms and sends them to FedEx electronically at time of shipment. Because FedEx receives the customs documents electronically, they are able to process your order through customs quickly so you receive your order on time. All orders are shipped at the correct sale value with no duty or taxes paid. We do not mark packages as Gifts. It is your responsibility to pay all customs fees, duties and taxes at time of package delivery. Warranty Policy GUARANTEE: All products are inspected and adjusted individually before leaving the manufacturer and are guaranteed to be free of material defects and manufacturing faults. General Warranty Policies: Atomik RC products are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of 30 days from date of purchase for all electronic components and 90 days for all non-electronic components. If a component is defective or was not correctly made, Atomik RC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, modifications, failure to perform routine maintenance, or any damages arising as a result of improper use.
