Description Justice League of America #1 Variant Cover CGC 9.8 (NM/MT) Signature Series Signed byMichael Turner Up for auction is a copy of the variant cover of Justice League of America #1 signed by cover artist Michael Turner and graded 9.8 (NM/MT) by CGC under its Signature Series label. The last time I checked, Wizard did not have these for sale, so they could be very hard to find. The CGC holder is in great condition with no cracks. For those of you unfamiliar with Signature Series, the Signature Series label takes the place of a certificate of authenticity, and with it you know that a certified CGC witness saw the comic being autographed by the person indicated, and immediately afterwards took the comic into his possession so that t is no doubt the autograph is authentic. In the case of multiple autographs signed at different times, a CGC witness will only release the signed comic at the time it is to be autographed by another person, and then takes it right back. Note that the picture is a sample of the actual comic for sale. I will get a scan of the actual comic posted as soon as possible.
