for the Collector is a very Fine LOG LOG DUPLEX DECITRIG Slide Rulemade by KEUFFEL & ESSER CO. N.Y. Model No. < 4081-3 >This has the Original Green Box (Top & Bottom) with Label, and the Original Leattte Hard Shell Storage Case with K & E Impression on the Flap.Also, the LOG LOG DUPLEX Trade DECITRIG Mark Impression on the end of the Flap. This case looks Like-New, with No Wear or Damage.The Box is in very good condition with only minor abrasion to the edges.The slide rule is shown from both sides in the images and the sliver shows the Impressed name on the top. This was personalized by the previous owner, a very fine impression of his name, EDGAR LEHMAN, almost matches the Keuffel & Esser Co. N.Y. Impression, which I tried to show in the center image.T are 20 scales:L LL1 DF CF CIF CI C D LL3 LL2 & LLO LLOO A B T ST S D DI KThe Patent Numbers appear on the top as follows:PATS. RE 20,984 1,930,852, 2,168,056, 2,170,144 PAT. PEND.The number 328003 appears on the slide and the edge of the rule.The only other issue I noticed is on each side of the thin plastic edge of the cursor are cracks in the plastic.The cursor remains intact and has the Keuffel & Esser Co N.Y. on one side and the PATENT number 2, 086,502 , on the other edge.These LOG LOG Slide Rules are getting increasingly Difficult to Find and the Original Box and Matching Case
