We now hold the posters in place with magnets (so we do not have to attach the poster to the wall in any way), which are small and round and resemble "push pins", but we assure you they are NOT! If an image has a black background, know that the odd circles in the edges of the item are magnets that hold it in place, and are NOT a defect! An Original Vintage Theater-Used Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") from The Junkman (also released as "Gone in 60 Seconds II: The Junkman"), the 1982 H.B. Halicki (who was unfortunately killed in a freak stunt accident in the process of filming a car chase scene) car chase crime action thriller ("The Chase Thriller of the 80's"; "From the maker of 'Gone in 60 Seconds'"; "from Junk Cars to Movie Stars"; "An American Dream") starring Christopher Stone, Susan Shaw, Lang Jeffries, Hoyt Axton (the country western music star who wrote "Joy to the World"), George Barris (the "King of the Kustom", builder of custom cars for the movies including: the Batmobile, the Ghostbusters car, the Monkees car, Herbie the Love Bug, the truck from Beverly Hillbillies, and the famous Back to the Future DeLorean), Lynda Day George, and Freddy Cannon & the Belmonts Overall Condition: fine. The poster is in quite nice condition! Want to know more about the condition of this item? This item is in really excellent condition! It has the most minor of imperfections, but has survived in really wonderful condition! Note that we do not use terms like "mint" or "near mint". "Fine" is our highest grade, and it compares favorably to most dealers' "near mint" or "mint". You should look at our "super-sized" image of the actual item, which will confirm just how nice this item is! One-Sheets are the standard movie poster size, what you see outside of any movie theater. From 1896 until roughly 1990, almost all actual theater-used one-sheets measured 27" x 41" (since then, most one-sheets measure 27" x 40"). Up until 1980 (or tabouts) the vast majority of one-sheets were folded twice horizontally and once vertically (this is in no way considered a defect). Sometime during the late '70s, studios began printing one-sheets rolled. Most one-sheets after the mid-1980s are printed unfolded, though it is still possible to find some newer posters folded. Most newer one-sheets are printed double-sided (with a mirror image on the back) for use in a light box in front of the theaters. However, sometimes the studios print some posters single-sided.
