This Japanese blade for a wakitori-ganna, or plane for shaving the insides of grooves, appears to be 50 or so years old. There are no maker's marks, and we're not sure if it is laminated (although it probably is). This blade is in fair condition but has several slightly rough patches where oxidation was mostly cleaned off. The cutting edge seems to be in good condition but is slightly ragged. Size :L2 3/4" (71mm), while the cutting edge is about W1" (25mm)This item is set to ship via Air Mail, and should arrive within 7-14 days after being posted.
