Here we have a vintage hand carved German Whistler Automaton. Karl Griesbaum. This guy is whistling and moving his head from side to side. The base is approximately 2" high x 5" wide x 3.5" deep. He is approximately 19" high. The lever on the back does NOT start or stop the whistling. As you wind it, it starts by itself. One piece of glass is missing in the lamp.
