It is an EMD NW2 Phase II Chessie System #5284 engine. It is HO Scale. I don't believe the engine has ever been used. The engine was originally $120.00. I bought it at an estate sale where there were many model railroad items for sale. I think the man that owned them would just detail them and not run them. I purchased a few, so I will be listing them in the upcoming weeks. If you would like any other pictures, please let me know and I will put them in the listing.
