This is an HO scale Kato train which looks like a train yard tug to me ( I am no expert )It is a four (4) truck setup, the train is undamaged and the box is in decent shape.There are some parts in bags that I have no idea what they are for and there are holes in the styrofoam where more parts might have been.KATO EMD NW2 Phase I 37-102 TA & Santa Fe #2367 EMD's NW2 switcher's lifetime was nearly cut short just three years after its introduction, with the establishment of the War Production Board in 1942, which dictated that EMD was to halt all production of switching locomotives, manufacturing only road diesels during the years of 1942 to 1945.
