THIS SALE IS FOR a 1995 28-inch porcelain and cloth doll by doll artist, Kaye Wiggs, named Dawn (I believe this is an award-winning doll for her) - she's marked on the back of her head, "K-A-10 Kaye Wiggs (c) 1995 1543/2500" - She has a delightful little girl face with a smile that shows teeth - She's in very good condition ( although a little display dusty), very sweet and comes with a display stand.
