's a vintage Spirograph set # 401, made by Kenner, plus a Spirograph Refill Kit. Both are dated 1967. Box measures 10" by 13 1/4" by 1 1/4". Box is nice and solid with no torn corners or tape. T is a tear in one of the side panels on the bottom and some pinholes in lid (hard to see). Price tag on box $3.98, on refill kit 59 cents. As far as I can see, both items are complete. For list of contents see list on box top. Pens are dried up, instruction booklet has a small hole in cover and 2 small pen marks on back cover. The drawing board and paper have been drawn on and have some pinholes. All clear plastic pieces are in nice shape. The refill kit (package has wear and some tears) includes a smaller board (some pinholes), 16 sheets of unused paper and a sheet with 54 new patterns (t are 16 more patterns on the refill package itself). All that is included is shown in pics. I try to describe everything as best I can, but please ask questions, as all items are sold as is. Please check the other items I have listed.
