Authenticity: All of our items come from major manufacturers or high end well known retailers, therefore all of our items are guaranteed to be 100% genuine authentic name brands. In an event a claim has arose regarding authenticity of the item, we will require a written documentation and photographs of the actual item in dispute from a manufacturer. We will not honor verbal or written statements from a retail clerks or managers, who are not trained to authenticate merchandise. In an extremely unlikely event, if the merchandise has failed authentication by the manufacturer, a full refund will be gladly given including shipping both ways upon receipt of the item . Return Policy: Due to the unique nature of the business and uncommonly low prices, returns and refunds will be offered only on items sold as “Retail New”. Return policy applies to a USA customers only. All items that fall within this category must be returned in their original new and unused condition, in an original packaging (if any) and with all original tags attached. 15% restocking fee will apply on all returns. All qualified items must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date with our prior authorization. Items that have been returned without prior authorization or do not qualify for a refund will not be accepted by our return department and will be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We try our best to describe and photograph every item as accurate as possible. In an unlikely event, if our item is grossly misrepresented (wrong style, condition, etc...) a full refund will be issued including shipping both ways. A claim must be filed with us (not Ebay) within 3 days from the delivery date. Prior authorization must be obtained before the item can be shipped back to us.
