Large stoneware pottery jug stamped I. Thomas. (Isaac Thomas, working around the area of Maysville in Mason County, Kentucky from approximately 1834-1876). Four gallon capacity marked with encircled four stamp. Three incised rings on opening of jug. Pulled and extruded handle. 16-1/4" H. Provenance: Mobile, AL collector. Condition: Overall very good condition, some glaze residue to top around spout from firing.
