He is Plush and Sweet and Adorable! He is wearing is Plaid Red and Green Vest and Red Bow Tie. You just want to Cuddle with him. He is The Hang tag on the back says "Jim Henson's Muppets". Eden, Inc. This Kermit has been Pre-owned and Gently Used and Clean and is in Very Good Condition with some ware from washing him & keeping him clean ! ("Surface Washable, use sponge, warm water and mild soap" according to hang tag information ) (His body Looks Like Pilling but it is from washing and taking care of it to be clean all the time) He comes from a Smoke-Free/Pet Free Home.
