Beautiful antique sterling floral etched buckle made by William B. Kerr. Has nice weight to it. Measures 4 1/4 in length and 2 1/2 in width. Please ask any questions you may have. In answer to a question - "To wear it, stitch one end of a sash or soft belt to the bracket and, at the other end, add two eyes of metal or thread for the sturdy hooks to slip through. (You could make that process even simpler, by just tying both ends of a scarf to the central bar in back.)" That is a quote I found on the GlitzQueen History and Art website. I have used a buckle like this by winding a scarf through it and either just pulling it or I tie it depending on how secure it feels.Shipping cost to you is what it cost me, no more.
