This is a new reproduction of the M1910 Shelter Half. It is the early WWII production version in OD #3 khaki. This is one half of a Shelter Tent. You need two of these shelter halves to make one open-ended tent. It is open at one end, but can be buttoned to another complete Shelter Tent to form a completely closed shelter. This shelter half comes as issued to one soldier with one shelter half, one folding pole, one rope and 5 wooden pins. It is made of lightweight cotton duck, and is very water repellent.
