China King George V and Queen Mary Coronation 1911Cup 2.5 inches in diameter3.25 inches in heightTaylor & Kent British Manufacturers This beautiful cup was produced to commemorate the 1911 Coronation of King George V and Queen Mary. On the base is a crown with the capital letters of TK with an L between and "British Manufacture" printed below. The front face has a pink panel showing the royal insignia with a scoop of pink roses below. T is a gold band around the rim with very minor wear and gold flashing down the handle. The opposite face shows flags and the sentiment "God Save The King". The cup has been issued for Tittensor in Staffordshire and this name is printed below the gold rim. T is some very light crazing which can be seen on the base and around the rim with a magnifier otherwise t are no chips or cracks. This is a superb commemorative cup.
