King trombone manufactured by H.N. White Co. The horn is called "King" on the bell. From the H.N. King web site ( ) the serial number 52443 would indicate the horn was manufactured between 1915 and 1925. The horn is in good condition and includes the mouth piece. The slide works well. It was recently played by a former trombone player. He said it sounded good and was happy with the preformance. There are some signs of wear but no corrosion. There are a few minor dings in the bell area. The case shows significant signs of wear. All the latches work. There is one internal block and a hold down missing. Most of the case lining remains intact. It holds the horn well.
