This is the Symphony: Alive IV - Single Disc Edition CD by Kiss, released in 2003 by Kiss Records (Sanctuary), catalog number 06076-84658-2. The CD is in near-mint condition, with a flawless playing surface. The 12-page insert, with album credits and band pictures, is in excellent shape. The jewel case is in excellent condition, showing very few signs of wear.

Kiss is a hard-rock theatrical group formed in New York: Gene Simmons (bass), Paul Stanley (guitar), Ace Frehley (guitar), and Peter Criss (drums). Criss replaced by Eric Carr in 1981. Frehley replaced by Vinnie Vincent in 1982. Group appeared without makeup for the first time in 1983. Vincent replaced by Mark St. John in 1984. St. John replaced by Bruce Kulick in 1985. Carr died of cancer on November 25, 1991 (age 41). Drummer Eric Singer joined in 1992. The original group reunited in 1996. Frehley replaced by Tommy Thayer in 2002. Criss replaced by Singer in 2003.
