This is a real photo postcard by the early West Virginia photographer GH Broadwater, which he sometimes stamped from his Art Shop in Thomas, WV. If not, his views can also be identified by his numbering at the start or end of the title (in this case number 866). Blaine, WV is seen across the Potomac River and a steaming locomotive is shown off in the distance. The condition is excellent, though t is a tiny crease in the lr corner that doesn't show through to the back. Postmarked from Kitsmiller back in 1911.
