2 Siemens Klangfilm T42 step up Transformer EMT MC tube is an other matched pair of vintage orginal Siemens Klangfilm step up input transformers for tube projects.the type is Siemens Klangfilm T42 /75 /1The transformers are made in Germany in the 50ties and sixties as step up transformers for professional studio and cinema equipment. Companies like Emt , Neuman , Siemens Klangfilm and Telefunken used this transformers it´s a perfect match for EMT and other low impedance moving coil systems as step up input transformer the sound of the transformers is very dynamic and the amplification is very high (26dB) . the cover is shielded and made of metallI checked the coils with a multimeter - coils are working The step up ratio is 1:20 , input coil has 3,5 Ohm I made a little audio test with a EMT Tondose and a telefunken tube amp equiment - sounds really great!
