I'm not sure if this fits a bicycle or a vintage motorcycle. It is a plunger type horn so when you push it down the Augha's at you. I could not find any marks on it for a maker. It is 5 1/2" tall, 3 1/4" wide & 3" deep. It does work good with a loud crisp sound but the paint on it is in bad condition. It will needs some cleaning.
