M. W. Classic KODAK Commercial Ektar 12in (305mm) f6.3 Coated lens with Iris Diaphragm in Ilex Shutter & Panel. We measured this lens on a 10x8in camera and found that it covers far beyond this format, possible 18 inches. Its fitted to an Ilex shutter speeded 1sec to 100th, plus B and T and the Iris stops down to a marked aperture of f45. Glass is coated and clean, except for a few very thin hairline surface scratches on front lens – but this will have no adverse effect on lens. The multi-bladed iris produces near perfect circular apertures, and the shutter is working on all speeds and seems correct - though accuracy not guaranteed. It has screw-in fixing flange of 9mm diameter mounted onto a wooden panel of 100mm Square. Serial No.E0314.
