This Kodak Retina I (Type 117) 35mm camera (c.1934) is in overall very nice condition. This is the ORIGINAL model of the Retina line of cameras! The exterior leather is intact and in overall good condition for the age of this piece. The exterior metal parts are somewhat dull with age, but otherwise show minimal wear. The interior parts are clean and fairly shiny. All the mechanical parts appear to be working correctly. The shutter fires at all speeds with some sluggishness only at the slowest speeds. Lens: Xenar 50mm, f3.5 lens, looks very clean Shutter: Compur-Rapid , 1-500 The camera has not been tested. Please ask all pertinent questions while the auction is still open.
