Korean? Celadon Ewer - Cranes, Clouds, Crackle Glaze

I believe this ewer to be Korean, but I'm not positive - judge for yourself. It stands 12" tall, 9-1/2" from spout to handle. I see several flaws: two small chips on the handle, and a brownish stain on the spout (see photos), but I don't see any cracks, repairs or crazing. It is signed by the artist but difficult to see in the photo because the characters are incised rather than stamped or painted.
