Korg DW-8000 Programmable Digital Waveform Synthesizer . This is Korg’s Digital/Analog hybrid from 1985. The oscillators play digital wavetable samples through analog filters and VCAs. The digital delay is great for anything from a short slap-back to a half-second echo, and has it’s own LFO for creating chorus and flanging type effects. The arpeggiator has an “assignable” mode that can remember notes as you played them, so it can be used as a 64-step sequencer.
