The radio was made by Korting in Germany in the 1950s I believe it was around 1955? Great vintage radio to be restored or you can use it for parts.Somethings you should know if you are going to be restoring this item:Wave Bands - Broadcast, Short wave plus Fm or UHF Power type and Voltage - Alternative Current (AC)/ 117 Volt Material - Wooden Case Shape - Table Model with push buttons The biggest challenge - Most of the producers for this radio are in German, but there are producers online that are in English () is a good place to start. I would personally like to see someone bid on this item to have it be restored. I have a friend that helps me restore old vintage radio etc., but lately I just don't have the time.Lastly this item is being sold as is refer to pictures for any damage or wear/tear.With that said the radio does show some wear from age, but nothing major. I also do not know if there is corrosion inside the radio because I did not open the backing.The Jazz button seems to be stuck.
