This is the Kurt S. Adler, Inc. Polonaise collection "Country Church/3" (AP 880/03) handcrafted by Komozja. This ornament will be shipped in its original box. The silver box does have some wear, but the ornament is in excellent condition. The ornament's box and tag does have a price tag on it, as it was purchased by a dealer at one time. This is what's printed on the box: "It is a spectacular array of glass ornaments made in the tradition of the age-old European craft of hand-blown glass. Our artisans have created designs that are reminiscent of the treasured glass ornaments of yesteryear. Each piece is carefully hand-blown in fine sculpted detail, silvered, lacquered and then hand painted in the most exquisite colors. The final results are beautiful works of art. We believe each of these ornaments will become a treasured heirloom. They will be handed down from generation to generation, and will enchant your family's Christmas for many years to come."
