Antique Regard Multi Gem RingA beautiful antique Regard ring. Much jewellery from the Victorian times was encoded with secret significance, of particular importance were the languages of flowers and gemstones which were used to create special, sentimental pieces of jewellery. The Regard ring is made up of six gemstones, spelling out the letters of the word regard. Our gemmologist has examined the ring and suggests that this ring is set with a ruby, emerald, garnet, amethyst, rhodolite garnet and a demantoid garnet. This antique ring will captivate you with its fabulous combination of gemstones. For it's age it is in very good condition and must have been treasured since it's creation. The ring, as is common for antique jewellery, is not hallmarked but the metal tests as gold. Due to the age of the ring it cannot be sized, it is a size L.The gross weight of the ring of 1.6 grams. The gemstone setting has a width of approximately 6mm.
