This intriguing vase is hand-painted and glazed off-white and black. As you turn this eclectic art piece, you see a nude woman sitting with her cheek resting on a raised knee with a black cat sitting posed similarly in front of her. The opposite side has a large potted plant and t are tulip-shaped flowers encircling the entire vase. For some reason, the overall feel of this vase feels to me like a decorator piece but I have yet to discover who the artist is. I would appreciate any information about this artist if you can help me. The vase is very smooth around with no chips, cracks, or damage to the surface, rim or base. The bottom has the signature and seal of the artist. I cannot make out for sure the artist's name but it looks like "LunG" or "Lun Gt". Above the signature is a large circle with squiggly lines that sometimes are used to look like water on either side. Inside the circle is what could be a mountain or volcano. The vase measures about 7 1/4" high, 3" in diameter at the opening and base, and about 5" in diameter. International bidders must contact before bidding regarding shipping.
