Old A. Lamy 29 5/16" violin bow, marked Germany. I'm not a violin expert, so if you have any questions please ask before bidding and I'll do my best to answer them. Old A. Lamy violin bow. Marked "A. Lamy" (no "Paris"). Marked "German" (not Germany, German) on the wood under the frog. I guess this is a German copy of a real Lamy bow. Looks like a good quality bow to my admittedly untrained eyes. Hexogonal shape, becoming round near the tip. There's a crack under the frog from the slot to the tip (can be seen in photo). I don't see any other cracks or repairs. Sighting down the bow from the frog towards the tip, it appears to be bent slightly to the left. Needs to be rehaired. The clear wrap grip material is loose. Again, I'm not a violin expert, so if you have any questions please ask before bidding and I'll do my best to answer them. Sold AS IS for repair, NO returns or price adjustments.Old A.
