A 16th Century style headdress worn by Lana Turner as Diane de Poitiers in Diane (MGM, 1956) and acquired at the David Weisz & Co. MGM Auction after sale in 1970. The wool and velvet headdress has a silver tone metal band and draped black souffle. A bias label inscribed "ch. 10 1675 Lana Turner" is present. Costume design by Walter Plunkett. Accompanied by a copy of the film.
