This is an authentic 1999 United States Postal Service Pro Team cycling jersey; size S. It has been signed by Lance Armstrong and the other members of the USPS team that helped him win the 1999 Tour de France. This was the first Tour win by an American team. The jersey has not been verified by any collector, but I have included photos of all the autograghs and Lance's distinctive signature is very obvious. I am helping a friend sell this jersey; he got it from his father-in-law who was a USPS executive who met the team at a USPS function. The members of the 1999 USPS Tour team were: Lance Armstrong, Frankie Andreu, Pascal Derame (Fra), Tyler Hamilton, George Hincapie, Kevin Livingston, Peter Meinert-Nielsen (Den), Christian VandeVelde, and Jonathan Vaughters. I've tried to ID their autographs on the jersey; some were very easy, but a few I'm unsure of their owner. Here are the autographs in order of the pictures: Lance Armstrong Christian Vande Velde Tyler Hamilton George Hincapie unknown Peter Meinert-Nielsen ??? Frankie Andreu ??? unknown Kevin Livingston ??? This is a true collectors item at a great deal. I will ship domestically via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Overnight and it will be insured. I will ship overseas using similar methods and it will be insured as well. International buyers may have to pay duties as I will not mark
