Up for bid is a December 20, 1912 INDENTURE between Arthur Francis Bassel (Basset?) of Cornwall Esquire & William John Mounce & his wife Annie of Cornwall Miner. This document is in great condition and is very large as it is 28" long and 22" wide. Stamped The Solicitor's Stationery Society, Limited, 22 Chancery Lane. LONDON. W.C. The Plan in referred to - Thomas Negus (yearly) C.W. Rule (Leasehold) Mrs. Johnson Glanville & Wellington Road. The cost was 5 Shillings and the two bottom wax seals are in great condition!
