Large Antique 14k White Gold Filigree Real Shell & Diamond Cameo Pin Pendant This is an absolutely gorgeous vintage cameo. She is made of real shell and she if full of high quality detail. He has the flowing up swept hair and floral accents. She has a nice diamond necklace . She is set in a solid 14k white gold filigree frame. This wonderful brooch weighs 10.8 grams. The clasp is stamped 14K. She measures an overall of a tad over 1 5/8" tall and 1 3/8" across. She has the retractable loop at the top so she can be worn as a pin or a pendant. A beautiful Victorian piece that would make a stunning CHRISTMAS GIFT . Chris tmas is fast approaching!! Jewelry makes a GREAT stocking stuffer!!!
