Large 32 inch antique Doll made in Germany by Alt,Beck and Gottschalk. It has a bisque head and composite body with eyes that open and close. On the back of the head below the AB&G mark is 1862 then below that Made in Germany then a large 5 and below that a small 15. I don't see any other marks. There doesn't appear to be any on the body. The doll is as found in my grandmothers attic. The 2 lengths of cords with hooks at each end that hold the doll pieces together are all intact, but undone. I haven't tried to put it back together as I don't want to stress the cords. One hand has a broken finger. I see in looking at the listing that the legs appear to be discolored in the photo showing them close up. This is just shadowing. There is a smudge on the back of the head where it was glued to the hair but the rest of the doll is very clean with no discoloration.
