RARE Large Antique RIVAL 296 APPLE PEELER CORER Parer !! This is a must have for any collection!! This is a very rare and hard to find RIVAL No. 296 Apple Peeler & Corer. Made of cast iron, this is in excellent condition, with NO cracks or breaks to the metal, and all of the parts seem to be intact, including the small springs. It moves freely and is in complete working condition, with no rust or damage. This would make a great museum piece, the condition is that fine! I have not cleaned this in any way, I will leave that to the buyer so I do not damage it inadvertantly. This is clearly marked along the top with the model, and the patent date of June 25, 1889, and it has been mounted on a round base. This is 27" wide, 6" deep and 16" high, and the base is 16" in diameter. This is a fantastic piece for use or display! Please visit my other auctions and save with combined shipping at actual rates!
