The platter size is 20" x 15 1/2" and quite heavy - almost 9 lbs. The English registry marks indicate the plate was made on June 10 1875. This platter is part of a series of staffordshire designed by Wm. Brownfield & Son and is especially rare in its excellent condition. Makes a lovely addition for the collector or to display.
