All sales are final. Shipping will be $40 (it's heavy and big!). Neon is very fragile, but I will wrap and box it carefully so that it will hopefully get to you safely. If you are nearby Santa Rosa, CA I'd be happy to arrange free local pick-up for this item. Due to it's fragile nature, if shipped you must insure this item! Insurance is $2.00.
