This is an estate piece that I purchased at a sale so I don't know how old it is. It measures 12 1/2" high and 9" wide and 6 1/2" deep. On the brass (color) works inside the back it reads "HUBERT HERR TRIBERG GERMANY UNADJUSTED AND NO JEWELS" and I see no other writing or numbers (it is hard for me to see). This clock has the top piece depicting a bird with a (glass?) eye and two leaves. The front depicts two other birds with eyes (glass ?) and 5 leaves. This clock has the cuckoo and door and both hands and all numbers on the clock. It has the pendulum and 2 solid metal (heavy) pine cones. It also has the back with a metal coil. It is not musical. It has 2 chains that go over the wheels inside and come out the bottom as 4 chains.. I put the pine cones on and the pendulum and it does work. I think it needs adjustment because when I turn the hand to have it bong the cuckoo comes out and stays out but does not say cuckoo. The clock just makes a mechanical sound and the door stays open until it is done and then closes. Also. The bongs don't match the set time. This will need adjustment. I don't see any damage other than some lite rubbing although some glare does show in the photos below. The chains need cleaning. This may not be complete but I think it is (I am not a clock expert at all) . As Is for the honest reasons noted. Final bidder read more
