Franklin Mint Heirloom Doll. Inscribed Franklin Mint initials on her back. She has a tag which reads Franklin Heirloom Dolls use and care guide. She stand 18" tall in porcelain. She has never been displayed. Her legs and feet are still wrapped in foam. Is'nt she beautiful? My photos do not do her justice. Her gown is real silk and black lace with sewn sequins. The foam and cardboard around her legs are preventing her gown from falling correctly. The detail in this doll and her 1940's hair and costume are incredible. I don't usually gush but this one is the best FM dolls I have ever seen and I have seen ,owned and sold many. Her box is a little beat up from storage,I will be shipping her in it. I will take great care in packaging. I have'nt been able to find any reference to this doll. I think she may be a jazz or blues vocalist during the 1930's or 40's. If you know please message me. Thank you.
