Old Mission Style Wall Clock Waterbury Movement Hi, I will be listing several clocks in the next few weeks, many will need TLC....If you fix clocks, you might want to add me to favorites and check back. As always, I'll combine shipping when ever possible, and I charge exact shipping cost to your location, no handling. we have an old mission style oak wall clock which measures approximately 23" tall, 12 3/4" across roof, and 6 1/2" deep. The case has a decorative copper chain at the bottom as shown. When you push up on the knob on the bottom of the case, it pops open the front of the clock. The key is stored inside. The movement is marked Waterbury Clock Co. This clock wouldn't require too much repairing....once you wind it, if you manually start the balance wheel, it ticks fine. I think that the hands need some different hardware to hold them in place...when I just checked it, the hands had crossed each other and stopped the clock. The nut that is on the shaft was loose so I tightened it a bit, but don't know if that's a permanent fix. Nice heavy oak case, looks like it was hand made and initials of the maker are carved inside of the door as shown. Thanks for looking! I provide plenty of pictures and a detailed description. I encourage questions because I don't claim to be an expert on anything that I sell. Please view pics, read read more
