This is an auction for a large modern 3 storey house/block of flats. All windows have plastic in them and there is a detail outside spiral staircase. There is no furnishing or decorating inside the house, and it is really a project from scratch. The railings on the balconies are missing, but can be easily replaced. Reason for selling is my daughter is going to University and has grown out of it, and we are shortly moving house and also need the space. NB WE HAVE NOW FOUND ALL THESE AND OTHER ACCESSORIES, AND THEY CAN BE GLUED BACK INTO PLACE!
