Original Antique Art Deco Painting~*~ Signed and Dated 1938 Purchased from a fine old estate about 15 years ago is this fine antique original art deco painting. Watercolor on paper. I am unable to read the signature; the painting reminds me of Erte. Perhaps this may have been done for a costume design - I do not know. The frame is 17.5 inches by 23.5 inches and the painting is 12.2 inches by 16.5 inches. Couple of spots to the upper right. Discoloration to matte. Glass has been removed. Otherwise in good condition. This is the must-have item that will complete the ultimate art deco decor. Shipments are made once a week on Saturdays. Insurance is available at an additional cost. This will be shipped USPS parcel post to save on shipping charges.
