Large tray measuring 28-1/2 inches diameter, made of bronze or copper, plated with tin, with hand engraved decoration on the front which goes through the plating to the bronze below, for a very pleasing effect. I believe this tray tells a story judging from the figures and the way they progress around the center. The outer edge is also extensively decorated. There is some writing under the central motif, but I cannot translate. Overall condition is excellent, no damage. Back is completely tinned. This is a quality piece, very good work, looks like it was made for use, not the tourist trade. Please email with any questions.
