Made in Japan Teapot, Creamer & Covered Sugar Beautiful caramel or peach colored lustreware with opal banding featuring very well done, hand painted Bird of Paradise and drapes of purple wisteria and black banding. Each piece is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The bottom of each piece is marked "Hand Painted - Made in Japan" and has a split Ginkgo Leaf on either side of a whole Ginkgo Leaf. There is a red rectangular label that has stamped on it the number 5660B. I searched but could not find who the maker or manufacturer of these are but they are beautifully painted and very pleasing to the eye. Great collectors items or for actual use.
