Presented here is an antique tin litho advertising beer tray….note the writing on the back. Decorated with a full figure of a female holding flowers and a cupid (cherub) playing a flute. Marked on the front “H D Beach Co., Coshocton, O, No 1”. Marked on the back “FREE!, Trays like this free with cash purchase at OVERBY’S, Rice Lake, - Wis, Ask For Particulars.” Tried to do some quick research, but found nothing out about Overby’s, I don’t think it was a brewery or bar, but I am guessing it was a store or distributor of restaurant supplies and displays. Condition is good, not mint, as there are NO rust, repainting, holes or major dents…there are scratches to the edge as well as to the center painting. The back side has paint flecks and streaks…these could be carefully taken off and I will leave that to the collector. Dates to the turn of century.
