Large Vintage 1930s Carved Butterscotch Bakelite & Flowers Hat Brooch Pin 30gThe price of this brooch is marked way below the original selling priceThis large brooch measures 2 5/8" wide, 2 5/8 " high and weighs 20 grams. It is comprised of 2 sections of a marbled butterscotch Bakelite. The crown is a round button which is attached to the center of the brim and bolted to the pin back. The brim has carved lines around it and has a slight tilt to it like a real hat. The crown band is a black vinyl like material and the adornments consists of a spray of tiny velvet over paper flowers which is inserted through the Bakelite brim. It has a safety clasp closure. The Bakelite is guaranteed to be old and genuine. It is in very good condition with minor wear.
