is a Large Vintage Windsor "A" 25 Quart Pressure Cooker made by the National Pressure Cooker Company. I say 25 quart because it is marked "25" on the lid. I'm not positive. Lid is marked "WINDSOR "A" 25 MONTGOMERY WARD & CO."If you've seen the prices on the All-American pressure cooker/canners and don't wish to spend that amount of money, this vintage Windsor pressure cooker from Montgomery Ward uses the same basic technology as the All-American pressure cooker/canners ...no gasket to fool with...it's a machined fit for the lid...with turn-screws to secure the lid. Seal is not dinged or damaged. All metal wing nut fasteners are undamaged and are in good working condition and tighten well. One of the wing nuts is a replacement (see pix). Wooden handles are in good working condition just some paint missing and one small chip. Inside and bottom looks good with no blackening. Some overall water spotting on lid. Lid has an arrow and line-up mark to ensure same fit every time. Made of Heavy Aluminum Construction. It is complete and has all knobs, 8 metal wing nut fasteners, pressure release valve (not original), and pressure gauge. Pressure gauge is in very good condition. The lid fits perfect and screws down with wing nuts to secure the lid. Has a metal ring on one side at the bottom for pouring out water when done.Measures approximately read more
