LARGE VINTAGE BROWN BETTY STYLE "SADLER" 2 1/2 PINT TEA POT This classic vintage SADLER teapot comes from their traditional brown betty style range and has a deep Rockingham brown lustre finish. Curvaceously shaped with a traditional rounded appearance, it holds a generous @2 1/2 pints of tea - ideal for family use of for tea with friends. It stands @ 6" tall (with lid) and measures @10" from the tip of the spout to the end of the handle - it is stamped on the base with the Sadler, England mark. A chunky stoneware piece, it weighs a solid and tangible 1kg.It is offered in excellent overall vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing to the main body; there are some surface marks due to age and use and a graze in the finish at the top of the spout.
